Robes and Caps

I am currently in Ghana doing my internship with Ghartey and Ghartey law firm. Nice law firm and I am getting lots of first hand experience from the experts.

I visited the court house today and it was quite an experience. Totally different from the American court rooms. Instead of the suits and ties in America, you see Robes and caps in different colors and shades.
Don't forget the big ol' books and vocabs and grammar that comes with it. I also sat in in the commercial court and was quite impressed with the system as a female judge explained to me the court's procedure. Considering this is my first court visit in Africa, I have to say that I am impressed. The court sections are recorded eletronically and the court rooms are not bad looking.

IT'S A RUGGED WORLD OUT THERE!
